About this service
This is a cost-effective English-language academic copy editing service for students who do not speak English natively and have limited experience with academic writing in English. This service is provided by a university student in Europe who is a native English speaker.
Booking an Editing Slot
Please be aware that time availability is limited. I use an appointment booking system so that you can book my time on a first-come, first-served basis. Just click the “Book Now” button.
A Few Key Points
NOTE: This is not an essay writing service as by providing a service, I would potentially be enabling a breach of academic codes of conduct. I will help with your English usage, grammar, spelling and phrasing by suggesting replacements or corrections which you can then accept or decline, but I will not make suggestions regarding content/argument as I do not want to the cross the line into helping you write your own essays or assignments. This is to ensure we both honour the code of academic conduct and integrity.

How does it work?
Using the ‘Book Now’ button, you can sign up for a time slot where we can meet on Zoom to discuss your paper. During this session, we will go through your essay together and I will make suggestions based on notes from my preliminary reading of the essay, which will take place before our session. During the session we will edit your document in Google Docs. If you do not use Google Docs for editing, uploading and then downloading a Microsoft Word document is still possible, and therefore we would not be editing a Google Doc, but simply use the collaborative editing tools it offers to suggest changes to your Word document.
